Booking Policies - Ballena Aventura

GENERAL POLICIES:

Children under the age of 04 do not pay.
Children from 04 to 08 years old pay half the rate.
Children over the age of 08 pay the full rate.
Rates do not include ground transportation.
It is requested to report if clients have any medical conditions, allergies, and/or food restrictions, they are vegetarians.

Security policies, during observation, and codes of conduct:
– It is requested to use the safety equipment at all times.
– It is requested to abide by other provisions that the guide and/or captain consider necessary.
– No alcoholic beverages, smoking, or acts of misconduct will be allowed.
– Avoid dumping garbage into the sea or inside the boat; it has waste compartments.
– You must not touch, extract, or carry any object or species of wild flora and fauna.
– Wild animals should not be fed, harasse,d or mistreated.

The tour does not guarantee 100% encounters with wild animals.

Reservation request policies
Reservations can be made in the following ways:

Reservation required:

For half-day tours, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required, and a minimum of 4 people is required (there are exceptions).
For full-day tours, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required, and a minimum of 6 people is required (there are exceptions).

Payment method policies:
Prepaid rate:

Pay at least one day before service 100% of the total cost.
You can make payments by electronic transfer, bank deposit, cash, and/or debit/credit card.

Tour cancellation policies:

To cancel half-day tours, you must report at least 12 hours in advance; in the case of not reporting, you must pay in full.
To cancel full-day tours, you must report at least 24 hours in advance; in the case of not reporting, you must pay in full.
It is requested to immediately report the existence of delays or cancellations of clients or groups, or it will be given as a NO SHOW, and the respective total charge will be made.

Policies for refunds:
75% of the money will be returned only in cases of force majeure or due to unfavorable weather conditions.
