Ballena Aventura It is a 100% Costa Rican company located in Bahía Ballena de Uvita de Osa, Puntarenas, Costa Rica; with over 15 years of experience in tourism. This company offers various tours in the South Pacific of Costa RicaSites such as: Marino Ballena National Park, Isla del Caño Biological Reserve, Corcovado National Park and the Térraba-Sierpe National Wetland, are the most visited and offered by the company.

Its founder, Maximino Alejandro Vásquez, known as “Chumi”, had the idea to start working in the boat tours As a new way to showcase the area's natural beauty, this community has undergone a rapid transition from agriculture to fishing, and for the last 20 years, it has become almost entirely dedicated to tourism. The company has grown significantly in recent years, becoming one of the best in the region.

Ballena Aventura strives to be compliant and one of the safest companies for visitors. It maintains up-to-date risk insurance policies from the National Insurance Institute, as well as current navigation permits for each vessel. Additionally, it is recognized by the ICT (Costa Rican Tourism Institute) as a company committed to the environment, recently obtaining the Tourism Declaration along with the CST (Certificate for Sustainable Tourism) as a Coastal Maritime Tour Operator. This award recognizes the company's commitment to excellence and responsible practices.
