Cancellation Policies

  1. All reservations must be paid in full, to guarantee the reservation, at least one week before arrival.
  2. If the reservation is cancelled in less than 24 hours, you must pay the full amount of the reservation.
  3. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the day before: there will be a refund, but it only applies to combo tours in Marino Ballena National Park, mangrove tours and kayak tours.
  4. Any cancellation or modification of your reservation must be sent to the following email address: ballenaaventurachumi@gmail.com.
  5. For the Isla del Caño and Corcovado tours respectively and the sport fishing tour, which are cancelled in less than 6 daysNot all money is refunded. The booking's operating costs are applied, and the corresponding balance will be refunded afterward.
  6. A customer who makes a reservation and does not cancel it properly, and who does not show up for the tour, will be considered as NO SHOWand they will have to pay the full amount of the tour.
  7. If the client does not show up for the tour due to accident, mechanical failure, illness or other reasons, they must at least call to report what happened. In such a case, they can contact us and if there is availability on the part of the client and the company (in this case, Ballena Aventura), the tour can be rescheduled, and in other cases, a refund can be issued.
