Trails like La Catarata, Río Pargo Arriba, and Río Pargo Abajo allow visitors to explore the park’s extraordinary natural richness, with chances to spot monkeys, scarlet macaws, toucans, deer, coatis, and if you’re lucky even a jaguar.
The hike to the San Pedrillo Waterfall offers a refreshing and contemplative moment deep within the rainforest.
The boat ride to the station is an experience in itself: dolphins, seabirds, and stunning coastal views often accompany the journey. Disembarkation takes place directly on the beach, so we recommend bringing comfortable and sturdy shoes for the hikes.

Important Note About the Waterfall Visit
During the hike to the San Pedrillo Waterfall, visitors can enjoy a refreshing dip in its crystal-clear waters. However, during the rainy season or when the river is swollen, access to the waterfall may be restricted for safety reasons. In such cases, the guide will make a responsible decision to protect everyone.
